This page preserves the former lab URL while replacing its empty template with the real module status. A validated analysis notebook, example dataset, worksheet and answer key have not yet been released.

The curriculum entry IMG-01 — Spikes to calcium to fluorescence introduces the forward transformation from known spikes to calcium and fluorescence signals, together with the distinction between electrical ground truth and an indirect optical-like observation.

The GUI is a reduced forward simulation. It is not a complete calcium-imaging microscope simulation and does not reproduce real optics, motion, tissue or neuropil without external data.
